At ONTIME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ONTIME account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
